This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Brilliant
I bought one of these a couple of months ago and although it is a bit expensive it is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. It looks great. It is so well made, it feels like it will last forever as it is so simple, no electronics to break down no plastic bits to break off. You get a huge amount of control over the way the coffee tastes, it's all in the speed of lowering the handle and the tightness of grinds. It takes a few attempts to get it right but once you've worked it out you'll never look back.

2. For the person who cares
My parents bought this about five years ago and I followed suit about a year ago. When she first bought it I thought they were crazy, but when it got there I understood why.

This machine is superb for almost any kind of coffee. Sometimes I like a strong espresso and sometimes I like a cold cafe sheccerato which is a cold coffee and is great. (To make it you simply get a shaker (like a martini shaker) and fill it with ice and a few teaspoons of sugar. Brew the coffee and while it is still very hot throw it in the shaker and shake it strongly for about a minute. The result is an ice cold frothy espresso, great for warm days - forget Starbucks imitation stuff, this is much better).

As other people have said, it takes a little bit of time to get it right. Typically I've found that very thin grains are not the best to work with, something between your typical Illy coffee grain and the larger cheap grains usually works well. It take a bit to get used to, but once you start to get a...

Horrible Service and Warranty Issues
Manual machines, without question, produce the best cup of espresso. I have owned them in the past, and recently purchased a brand new La Pavoni. The machine arrived broken. I could not even get one cup of espresso. I called thinking that La Pavoni would have me send back the machine and replace it. WRONG. I was told that this was not allowed, and the only option I had was contact one of there US Service Agents and arrange to have the machine sent to them for repair. Even then they indicated that the repair expense would be my responsibility.

At this point what do you do? So either I keep the machine as a useless decoration, or concede and try to fix it.

I tried the three numbers they provided. About 10 days have gone by, and I have called each number numerous times to no avail. You never reach a real person. Only a tape recording informing you that they would contact you as quickly as possible.

So, yes, a manual machine is the best, but La...

1. Love this machine
I bought this machine from another high end housewares store when they were on sale recently. I sold my Delonghi super auto as I was so sick of all the tinkering and cleaning. This machine is perfect for my needs.
I want to turn it on and be able to pull great shots with little effort. Yes, I know some people would say this is not the true espresso way...but in the AM when I need a great latte or doppio this machine does the trick. The heat up time is under 30 seconds, the espresso varieties are delicious and I can always get the exact same shot. I love that the dials on the front of this machine allow we to adjust quickly the amount of water passed through the capsule. Sometimes I add a little more water with the capsule in place so I can get a little more from the capsule. I will say that pulling a lungo capsule on the longest setting is a bit of a stretch and definitely makes a light shot.

-The fit and finish of this machine is gorgeous. I love the way it...

2. Very Nice Machine - Some info for high humidity locations
I did not purchase this machine from Amazon - I purchased mine directly from Nespresso. It is a great machine and makes a great cup of coffee with a good variety of coffee pods to choose from. I live in Florida, and I wanted to leave a comment for other users that may be in high humidity climates. I had issues with the milk frothing (aeroccino) not consistently frothing the milk. It would work sometimes and other times not. It was very frustrating for a number of months, until I called Nespresso to complain. I got right through to an American support person and when I told her the issues, she immediately asked the state I lived in. When I said Florida, she said for high humidity climates like Florida, they recommend using only Organic Milk for frothing. Well my first thought was, give me a break - no way is it the milk I am using. But she said she would make a note in my file but she was certain if I switched to Organic Milk my frothing issues would go away. She said it has...

Easy and excellent
If you enjoy espresso or cappuccino you will love this product. I'm not very adept at using complicated machines so I was a bit concerned when I spent the extra money for this device. It is magnificent and fool-proof! Perfect coffee every time. I recommend buying the coffee pods through Amazon where you will save a tremendous amount of money. A must have device!

  • Pre-brewing system for maximum flavor extraction

This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. My 6th Super-Automatic and the Best so Far!
I have been using super-automatic espresso machines since 2001. This is my 6th machine and by far my favorite. Having owned one Capresso C1500, three Jura-Capressos, one Saeco and now the Gaggia Academia, I've found this machine to outperform the rest by far. I loved the quality of the Capresso and Jura-Capresso machines, but having to send them in once a year for service at a cost of over $300 was excessive. There is no way to service the inside of these machines. Plus, I could never get the milk hot enough with the built-in frothing system on the S9 One-Touch or the Z5 and these machines lacked an external frothing wand so it was impossible to heat the milk any hotter than it came out of the machine. Next I purchased Saeco Primea Touch Plus and that was a complete mistake. The milk system is internal and constantly clogged and refused to function. This machine was returned shortly after purchase. I began looking for a machine that was as well-constructed as the...

2. Well designed, sturdy machine that lives up to the promises
I just purchased this machine from Amazon and have been incredibly impressed with the build quality, features, and quality of the coffee produced. You can't beat this machine in terms of the product design, multitudes of modes of operation, and elimination of cleaning chores often associated with fully automatic home machines.

Unboxing the product is your first clue to the level of detail the manufacturer paid to the product experience. As is custom with Gaggia products, this machine was designed and built at the Milan factory -- something that will not escape you from the early moments of opening the box. Once the shipping box is opened, you simply remove the outer box to reveal the inside box, which has two convenient long handles to make it easy for you to lift the machine out of the shipping box. Inside, the sealed inner box contains your unit, with prominent serial number markings on the inner box and the "Made in Milan, Italy" (naturally in Italian) stamped...

Bought well over a year ago, still loving it!
We bought this machine after testing just about every model made at the time (about 18 months ago). We knew we wanted a machine that had a milk container that could easily be detached and kept chilled in the refrigerator. My husband also wanted a machine that could consistently produce a really hot cup of coffee. That became an impossible quest as we went from store to store sampling straight-up black coffee, armed with our own instant-read thermometer. (Yeah, we were THAT couple.) Then, just when we were about to give up and wait for something new to come out, we finally happened upon the Accademia by Gaggia. It fit the bill nicely: made decently hot coffee, had a separate milk carafe, gave lots of control over personal choice selection, and it even looked great. We gulped at the then $2999.00 price tag, but decided that in the long run it would be a good purchase.

Suffice it to say, we've been enjoying this machine daily for quite some time now and are constantly pleased...

  • Comes apart in three easy pieces and is ready for more juicing after a quick rinse
  • Cleaning brush and user guide included
  • Make twice the juice in half the time

This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Really great juicer but no customer service
I can't compare this to any others since it is my first juicer but I can't believe how fast it juices! Since there weren't too many reviews I was a little nervous but this machine is outstanding. Leftover pulp is dry so it squeezes out all the juice. And it's a breeze to clean. Definitely a great buy.
UPDATE: Luckily the juicer is still performing well because there is no on line customer service! When you go to www.juicebullet.com like they say in the manual, there is a picture of the juicer. That's it, no links, no nothing. Makes me really nervous so I took away a star.

2. Boy, oh, boy!!!!
This item just arrived today. Of course I wanted to try it out the second I saw it. Unfortunately we were pretty much out of fruits and veggies that I could use for the first trial. Well... there was this one apple in our fridge from the days of yore!! It was already pretty shriveled up and I would've provably rather thrown it out than eat it. I don't think it would be very enjoyable. But hey, maybe the Juice Bullet can save it. So I put the glass under, threw the apple in and expected to get very slow running droplets into my glass....... NOPE!!! That Juice Bullet filled the glass half up!!!! I was amazed!! And low and behold, THAT'S how the apple could still be fully enjoyed!! The fun part is, the instructions tell you to start out on 'LOW' and then turn it to 'HIGH'. I didn't even get the chance to use the 'HIGH' option. That apple was juiced up in like 2-3 seconds. CRAZY!!!!! Highly recommend this product!!!! Can't wait to throw all kinds of stuff in there!!! :D

Amazing juicer
This product is well worth the money! The longest part of the process is cutting the fruit/veggies!
Putting them through the juicer is super fast & Easy! Its very quiet and clean up is a breeze! Super smooth juice
too! I love it!
Five stars!!!

Gaggia Brera Superautomatic Espresso Machine, Silver

Cheap Gaggia Brera Superautomatic Espresso Machine, Silver
==================================================================

The new face of traditional Italian espresso, the Gaggia Brera features an elegant brushed stainless steel front panel and a compact design that is much more space efficient than most machines in its class. But don't let its size fool you; this super automatic takes full advantage of advanced technology-allowing it to go toe-to-toe with the industry's heavyweights.
  • Mavea Water Filter - four stages of filtration to remove impurities and reduce scale build up
  • Low energy consumption - standby mode activates after one hour of idle time
  • Programmed to notify users when care is required
  • Pre-infusion feature ensure maximum flavor and aroma extraction

This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Pretty good while it worked
This was my first foray into semi-automatic espresso machines, so even though I don't have a lot of experience, I was extremely careful in the treatment of the Brera. I cleaned it weekly, and descaled it on a regular basis. Unfortunately two things happened. About a month ago, every third or fourth espresso started coming out extremely watery. It seems that the beans were not being properly syphoned into the grinder properly. It appears that the machine makes the espresso regardless of whether there are enough beans in the hopper. When they did go in, it would make great crema. Last week, however, it developed an electrical issue. The machine would not prime and after playing with it for a few days, it refused to turn on all together. Ugh. I will attempt to get it repaired, but I am not hopeful. So for 900 dollars I got about 4 months of great espresso and a nice countertop decoration.

2. best espresso, but minor problems
I bought the silver version about a year ago to replace an aging Capresso C1000. Unlike the burnt taste and warm espresso with the c1000, this unit produces excellent espresso in both taste and temperature. For your reference, I mostly use Giggia Intenso whole beans.

However, there are some minor problems not related to the espresso produced.

1. After about 4 months of use (latte in the morning), the top silver plating of the frothing handle started to peel off. It turns out that this peeling piece is made of plastic that covers the internal metal frothing tube. However, the paint peels off this plastic since it can't withstand the heat of the steaming hot metal. The part was replaced under warranty, but they charged me $6.95 for shipping. While this piece doesn't affect the functionality of the unit, it sure cheapens the look of the unit.. all for a lousy piece of plastic.

2. The water container is too small. Water has to be refilled after few...

Plagued with problems
Since Whole Latte Love won't print my review (please note others have assigned the machine 1 to 2 stars, yet only glowing reviews are published) I will back up the problems others have reported here. I always research big dollar purchases on Amazon and trust the reviewing community, and others should be forewarned about the Gaggia Brera. I bought it to replace my workhorse Saeco Superautomatica that trucked along for 8 years with typical repairs and part replacements. I make only one 2-shot latte a few times a week out of this machine, so I'm not asking a lot. I appreciated the quieter grind and operation of the Brera, the espresso was good, and the steamer worked great (although the wand is peeling and unattractive). My first complaint was that the ground beans overshot the press and filled the side of the machine. I also bought this for its bypass feature which made sense to brew the occasional decaf or flavored coffee. I contacted WLL, and they told me to use a brush and clean the...

  • 16 bar pressure pump espresso maker that uses ground coffee or pods (1 & 2 cup coffee holders)
  • Swivel milk frothier with variable steam control
  • Stainless steel and die cast aluminum frame
  • On board storage for accessories; 1.5 liter removable water tank
  • Cup warming plate on top of unit; Unit measures 10.2-inch x 12.2-inch x 13.8-inch high

This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Could not even make 1 lousy espresso
I just got the machine today -much sooner than I expected- and took the water tank out of the machine, filled it with water and put it back on. Within seconds, my entire counter was flooded with water leaking from underneath the machine. I could not make the water leak stop and I have decided to send the machine back and stick with a more reputable maker.

At least I tried to make it work...

2. Returned
Coffee was equal to low quality brewed coffee. Did not produce a consistent level of coffee. On the sixth or seventh cup later in the day the coffee was just warm not hot. Then it leaked.

Very Nice Machine
Very nice machine. I own Delonghi 701 (702) for 9 years now and I'm waiting for parts. I got this machine to be my backup but I think it will be machine of my choice. In the mean time I tried Krups 5280, that I liked, but it broke after making 30 coffees (it could be my bad luck) and Espressione Minuetto that I didn't like but it wasn't that bad. I had a chance to try few more little machines but I wasn't impressed by them. I spend from $150 to $350 for these machines and I didn't get results that I want. I must say that I bought Viante for $89.00 @ nomorerack.com and I was really skeptical about it since I never heard of that brand before. Price was also too cheap and too good to be true. I was pleasantly surprised when I received and opened the box. It's very well build, little heavier than my Delonghi about 12-13lbs, stable, programmable and I think it's build to last. It's automatically programed for one and two shots but original setting is off (at least for me) so you will have...

This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Great new Exprelia Philips-Saeco machine
Finally Philips did what I was expecting: Design a new fully automatic espresso machine at Saeco, the originator of these machines.
The Exprelia is perfect in every aspect. What first strikes me was the silence of operation. Very low noise at every step, grinding, steaming, brewing and cleaning. Compared to my old very noisy DeLonghi Magnifica, it is day and night. The Exprelia is not only fully automatic in making all kind of coffee beverages and particularly cappuccinos, but also in cleaning the milk carafe and everything else. The little screen will tell you what to do at all time. The settings are very easy to adjust and there are plenty of adjustments for all tastes. I was a little apprehensive in buying this machine and be the first to review it, but I trusted not only Philips but also Amazon, both are great company caring a lot for customer satisfaction. Thanks for reading and please excuse my English since my mother tongue is French.
I will update my review in a few...

2. DOES EVERYTHING BUT YOUR DISHES!!!
I purchased this machine for my husband's birthday. BOY...it is unbelievable what this machine does! It grinds coffee beans, tamps them and ejects the used grounds into a bin. It goes into a stand-by mode after 60 minutes of no use, at which time, it uses a small amount of water to clean itself. It is a good idea to keep a cup under the dispenser to catch this. Even if you don't do that, it has a nice large tray which will catch the water, although it is much easier to dump the water from a cup, rinse it and place it under the dispenser than it is to clean the tray. The machine has a nice digital display, which tells you exactly what the machine is doing, when it needs more water, when the grounds bin & water tray inside the machine need emptying, when it is time to descale or clean the machine, etc.
It does take some time to figure everything out, especially removing the insides, cleaning them and lubricating them. If you do not put the tamper back the right way, you can tell...

The best choice for great coffee and cappacino
I purchased my first Saeco automatic espresso machine in 1997 when I moved to Switzerland. It was the one appliance that I found I couldn't live without. At the time, these machines were pretty much confined to Europe. I brought it back to the US and had it connected to a large step down transformer. After 5 years, back in the US, it died and I purchased another Saeco Incanto for the house and a Royal Professional for my office team.

Now, in a new location, I purchased the Philips Saeco Exprelia to keep my team fully caffinated and to provide visiting customers (many from Europe and Latin America) with a decent cup of coffee. After 9 months and hundreds of espressos, cafe americanos, and cappuccinos it still delivers great coffee drinks - especially cappuccino. I will purchase another one for a new house that I am building just to provide all visitors with a great coffee or cappuccino.

This rendition of an automatic espresso machine surpasses all the...

This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Bunns Of Stainless Steel
I will not bore you with all of the exact specifics of this coffee brewer. There are plenty of other reviews here on Amazon BUNN BX-B Classic 10-Cup Home Coffee Brewer, Black or check the Bunn website for additional info here: [...]

This Bunn BX-B 10-cup coffe brewer is a pricey but fantastic coffee maker for your home or small office. I bought one for my office, so that I can make myself a quick pot of coffee when I get to work or whenever someone stops by to visit my office during the day. This machine makes coffe FAST and the flavor of the coffee is always consistent. Although I have never found many of the Bunn coffee makers to be much of a fashion statement, this unit is fairly high-tech looking, with its black and stainless color combination. Since the water flows out of this unit so quickly, using a showerhead type spray pattern, I highly suggest that you always use genuine Bunn coffee...

2. Bunn BX-B Coffee Brewer
This is not my first Bunn. The one I just replaced gave us many years of
faithful service. The reason I made this purchase is the age of the old one and an occasional strange noise. I did not want to get caught without a coffee pot. The new Bunn arrived very quickly and I am pleased
with the way it looks. However, the quality is not the same as the old
one. Also this pot sprung a leak after a few weeks of using it. I will probably have to replace this one much sooner than the last one. I will
see what else is on the market at that time.

Since I wrote this review we contacted Bunn about the leak problem. They
promptly replaced the pot with a new one. I would highly recommend dealing with the Bunn Company. We love our new pot.

Need more appointment... ?
Not hot enough
I bought this to replace an older Bunn which I loved, but was accidentally ruined by my wife. However, the new model does not heat the water hot enough. I performed several tests and the water conistently comes out at 180 degrees. This is below Bunn's stated temperature of 190. Ten degrees may not sound like much, but it makes a big difference.

I usually put a pot of coffee in a thermos after it is brewed. Since the Bunn's brewing temperature is so low, the coffee does not stay warm for very long. I believe that a good coffee maker should heat the water a little above 190 so that the coffee comes out hot.

I believe other reviewers have had the same complaint. I sure wish Bunn would go back to their old design. I think this is going to be the last Bunn I will purchase.

Margaritaville Chillin' Pour Liquor Chiller

Bargain Margaritaville Chillin' Pour Liquor Chiller
==================================================================

From the Manufacturer The Margaritaville Chillin' Pour Liquor Chiller A License to Chill Escape the ordinary and introduce your guests to the Margaritaville Chillin' Pour Liquor Chiller. Destined to become the life of the party, the Margaritaville Liquor Chiller super-chills premium liquors, shots or cocktails to an ultra smooth and refreshing 15 degrees F. Ice waters down your cocktails, and nobody needs to store that bottle of premium liquor in the freezer. With an exciting Margaritavill...
  • Ultra-Cold technology chills spirits & cocktails to 15° F
  • Fill the Liquor Chiller with up to 750 mL of your favorite liquor or cocktail
  • Colder than ice in approximately 2 hours.
  • Throttle handle eases downward to dispense shot
  • Compass light illuminates when liquid has reached the chilly temperature of 15° F

This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. A product you never knew you needed
I had never heard of such a device as the Chillin' Pour and likely would not have bought one before I was introduced to it and now I love the idea. My circle of friends are big fans of Jimmy Buffet and his songs. We get together often for dinner parties, pool parties or just to talk and we have a nice selection of appetizers and adult beverages. The Chillin' Pour is the perfect thing to create fun party drinks for the whole gang and just large enough for our group to sample a few.

Unfortunately the first time I plugged it in my margaritas did not change temperature after chillin' for over 5 hours. I wrote an email to the manufacturer explaining what happened and asking for advice. They acknowledged my email within a day from then gave me EXCELLENT customer service to resolve the problem.

So how do I like it? I love it. There are certain mixed drinks that don't do well with ice. For me those are the best to make in the Chillin' Pour. Things like Lemon...

2. Nifty, Non-essential Fun
A minimalist explanation of this product is that it cools your drinks-- supercools them. Does it make drinks? No-- it's not a blender. You can pour in pre-blended drinks and they'll come out super-chilled, but it takes some time. Same with liquors: we poured in most of a bottle of good tequila and waited awhile-- several hours to reach the minimum temperature-- and had some nice shots, maybe the coldest I've enjoyed.

It's a fun product, but not for everyone. A good blender and some ice will meet most of your needs for less dough: it's also easier to clean, faster, and better for large quantities of drinks for medium-size to large parties. That said, there may be a place at your home bar for this clever gadget. As a dispenser of chilled shots for a small party, it's ideal.

Great idea just lacks in the volume department!
OK, so I bought this to chill my Tequilla for a New Years Party. I thought this was cool, but come to find out it only chills 25 oz. at a time... don't know about you, but my friend & I (about 15 of us) all do shots of Tequilla, and this product will yield less than two per person!

2 Hours to cool, 4 hours to 15 degrees... ok, I can work with that, but when it only takes 25 oz of liquid, at a party, you will have a problem! Lots of mess to clean up when I can put my bottles in the freezer just as easily!

Sorry, but I am sending this back. Now give me one of these that holds 1.75 litre of liquor and I am sold. This product is not worth the price paid and I am disappointed.

This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Try it and buy it!
I wanted to purchase this machine a while ago, but couldn't find coffee capsules that I liked. That's changed.

I took a second look at Nespresso when the Pixie came out, but after using the Pixie in the store on multiple occasions, I wouldn't purchase it. (Please see my Pixie review). I instead purchased the Citiz.

It's a great machine, producing consistent quality coffee from cup to cup with a lovely crema at the top. When you test the coffees, read the descriptions, and look for the intensity numbers (which can be found in the descriptions and on the sleeve which contains the capsules). If you can get the brochure with a wheel on the back page, it gives you acidity and bitterness ratings for each blend. I found that I do not like the "citrus" and "flowery" blends, but prefer the more intense blends which are still not bitter.

A couple of tips:

if you want more of an Americano, brew as directed for the different varieties, then eject...

2. Beautiful
The CitiZ Nespresso machine is a beautiful, simple, small, and well designed espresso maker.

This machine does exactly one thing, and does it extremely well; it makes the best darn espresso. There are two buttons one for espresso the other for lungo. Essentially they are two different timers; lungo runs the pump for a longer time. These buttons are easily programmed to longer or shorter delivery times.

In use, there is nothing easier. Lift the black handle on the top of the machine. Drop a Nespresso capsule into the slot. Close the lever down. Press the button for the size of drink. When finished, lift the lever and the used capsule drops in a clear plastic reservoir (seen just behind the cup of espresso in the product picture).

From cold machine to a cup of espresso is roughly 1.5 minutes. Warm up time is around a minute, and brew time for the cup is about 30 seconds. Couldn't be faster, couldn't be easier.

On to the quality. You will never...

"For people who have a doorman.".
COFFEE. It's fine. My standard is Peets -- a much darker roast than Starbucks. Nespresso is not quite as strong, but ristretto shots of their darkest blend come close to the Italian, not French, flavor I like. On a good day, I could do better grinding beans with a $300 Italian grinder and pulling shots through a $700 Italian espresso machine, but the average was no better.

CONVENIENCE. Nespresso wins running away. That's because this is not the greenest purchase you will ever make. The capsules are hard to recycle unless your rinse them, which defeats the major benefit, which is convenient quality coffee.

COST. It's a rip off. Nespresso is building and aggressively defending a razors and razor-blade franchise (or a printer and cartridge franchise). As the Times quoted a marketing executive at goo.gl/nHesc "The idea was to keep it to the level of people who have a doorman.". See goo.gl/rhors for an explanation of the Nespresso marketing model.
