This Knife Sharpeners give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Highly recommended
This honing steel is highly recommended for any knife but especially for Shun knives. Shun's edges are at a 16 degree angle and the honing steel has a guide that will help you keep it that way. While it takes some getting used to using a guide to hone your knife, it will definitely save it!
2. its is what it is
If you buy a Shun knife, you have to get the matching steel. Its lightweight and just a nicely constructed as the knifes.

Best I ever owned. Sold all my old Henckels 5-star and am replacing with nothing but Shun Premier. Once you try one of these knives you can never go back...
