2. Met Expectations Perfectly
I use this mixer in a commercial application and I love the "pulse" feature. It gives you so much more control with the speed control switch right by the pulse control. I had a Waring commercial unit before this one and this Hamilton Beach unit SMOKES it! Clean ability, power, speed it does it all. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
