We bought this Bunn coffee maker for the staff room at our elementary school, a busy place first thing in the morning. We have burned through a couple other, less expensive brands of coffee makers trying to keep up with the coffee demand. This machine meets the coffee demand, is beautiful, brews a quick and delicious 12 cup pot of coffee, and is easy to operate. It is more expensive, but we have spent at least this much on cheaper coffee makers that don't even last a year.

Bought this Coffeemaker from webstaurantstore.com and I am convinced that this is the greatest coffeemaker going.I bought the Stainless steel bottom decanters and I am very pleased.I had purchased a Bunn A10 and returned it to Bunn because it would not make a hot cup of coffee,the 392 makes the coffee hot and the stainless steel bottom decanters keeps it that way.Once you receive the Coffee Maker order the Bunn 20216.0000 Stainless Steel Funnel Assembly,it fits perfectly on the 392 Pourover and no more plastic taste and also helps the coffee to be hot.This coffee maker has two warmers with seperate off /on switch's and a ready to brew light to let you know when the water is hot and ready.Makes the coffee very fast .So if your going commercial this is the way to go.It can also be used @ home but homeowners be ready for a little bigger coffee maker than your average home coffee maker.I got mine for $143.95 & for 44.00 more than the average Bunn home coffee maker it is well worth the...

ive had bunn coffee makers for 20 years love the quality of the machine just purchase the 392 machine and i aboulutly love it it makes perfect coffee all the time really hot and fast.will never ever change brand highly recomended
