I just installed it. I will update this review in the future if it is necessary.
Very happy in the first day, one gallon of could water and 1 litter of hot. I tried to prepare my oat meal direct from hot water's dispenser, 5 min later ready to eat.
It was Sunday afternoon when I installed it, water was not going in the tank, check the web site, clicked on chat now, some one answered, told me to lock the filter, I tried, rotating clockwise, and that was it. I was very surprised to get an answer on a Sunday 5PM.
The only think I did not like is the connection from the cold water pipe, they send you a small faucet that punches the pipe, and I drove to HomeDepo and bought a 3 /8 "T (male, female) with a 1 /4 exit. It is the same as refrigerator ice pipe. I did it under the sink, removed the flexible hose, that goes to foucet, added the "T", connected the flexy hose, connected my pipe. Done.
