1. Elegance in Sainless
I love this toaster. It is simple and elegant in design and also functional. The bun warmer is an added plus. It is a sturdy product and coming from Magimix I know it is reliable. Magimix has always been a company to stand behind it's products. They have great customer service and great products.
2. DUALIT OWNER
Excellent Heavy Duty Toaster and this from a former Dualit owner. Only wish the buttons were metal and not silver plastic.

Great Toaster
This is a great toaster. I've had 3 Dualits in the past 20 years, all of them had issues, e.g. timer gets stuck-dangerous, toast gets stuck-a lot, lots of practice to get the right brown on bread-pop it up to see how its doing, one side will toast the other doesn't, etc, etc. etc..
The folks I bought this from are fantastic, knowledgeable, great customer service, and what I didn't know before I bought it is that if anything goes wrong they have a service department in-house that can fix just about anything. I bought a Magimix Food Processor from them too.
